Hello, I'm Carlo and I built Sirius Focus because I needed to coach myself into a wiser way of choosing what I dedicate time to, and a wiser way of reducing scope so that I follow through swiftly on what matters.
Where it comes from
Over the years I learnt about and practiced key productivity techniques ranging from:
- Building a Second Brain & PARA (Tiago Forte) - how to organise projects and areas around when you must act upon them, and how to capture, condense and compose knowledge
- Getting Things Done (David Allen) - how to decide what gets done, what doesn't get done, what gets delegated and how to offload what's in your brain without losing it
- Personal Power & Rapid Planning Method (Tony Robbins) - how to choose what to work on through meaning, through reflecting on who you are actually deciding to become as a person, and how to leverage all the resources you have available in order to consistently follow through and complete things that matter to you
- Peak Performance (Brad Stulberg & Steve Magness) - how to enter flow state and maintain it
- Atomic Habits (James Clear) - how to reduce big goals to small enough actions for consistency
... and more. I built Sirius Focus to allow me to bring together the various philosophies into one tool that gradually allows me to see what I am choosing to spend time on, allows me to decide what to add and remove. The idea is to have a tool that I can use deeply or lightly.
Used deeply or lightly
Used deeply, Sirius Focus allows me to track my purpose, objectives, goals, motivations, capture failures, why I skip things, review my day, review my week, plan the next day, etc. It has a range of tools to get a clear objective view of what I am choosing, why, and then where time and effort go, where my blockers are.
Used lightly, I can just use it as an efficient getting things done system + PARA to just track what I promised I would deliver.

Pricing update, 10 October 2026: The offer described below reflects the launch announcement. Local workspaces and app features remain free without an account. Personal sync now includes a 60-day trial from first successful activation, followed by an optional subscription at £4.99/month or £39.99/year. Existing purchases and public promises are honoured separately. See current sync pricing.
Free, with a licence if you want one
I want everyone who is stuck, who needs coaching, who needs clarity to be empowered to break through and end up doing exactly what they feel they should. For this reason, Sirius Focus is developed and given away for free, with the sole objective of making it as useful as possible for as many people as possible.
I offer the entire app, including the sync features, without expecting anything in return. There's an option to purchase a licence, but only if you feel the app is valuable and you want to buy one. A licence is a one-off payment that you choose: it pays for the work and unlocks nothing extra, and the pricing page says what it costs me to run the app.
